Powerhouse Road Detour

North Augusta, S.C. – United Contractors announces that there will be a partial closing of Powerhouse Road beginning March 24, 2008 and re-opening April 7, 2008. In order to accomplish a grade change on Powerhouse Road A where it ties into existing Powerhouse at station 48+00, it will be necessary to detour traffic.

All local traffic will continue to access both ends of Powerhouse by traveling Cherokee, US 1, and Old Aiken Road. The overall distance of the detour will be approximately 5.1 miles.
